Return Refund Policy

At, we strive for 100% satisfaction for all of our customers. We offer refund or exchange for alternate costume of defective items, missing items, or items significantly different from our description. As costumes are all made to customer measurements, we offer a fair and responsible return/exchange policy.

1, Wrong size, defective, items missing or significantly different from our description.

The customer must contact us within 2 days of delivery of the items and send us photos to support requests for replacement or refund. For costumes that are the wrong size, will make a new costume for free – if it turns out that we made the mistake.

However, is not responsible for sizing errors for custom-made costumes if the customer has provided incorrect measurements. In this case, the customer has the option of keeping the original costume and receiving a new item at 20% off the original price or shipping the costume to us for revision (at the customer’s expense); you will then be billed at the revision price only.

Please note that only the listed price of returned items will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for returning items in their original condition within 2 weeks of delivery. All returns must be made by registered mail at the customer’s expense. Please provide an online tracking number.

The following items are excluded from return or exchange:

Costumes/wigs that have been used or washed

Costumes/wigs that smell of cigarette smoke or perfume

Suits with spots

Order Cancellation/Amendment Please check your order for made-to-measure costumes carefully before submitting.
In the event that an error has been made on an order that has already been processed, please email us within 48 hours of submitting the order, cancellations or changes to the order will not be not accepted after this time.

For wigs and other ready-to-ship items, we typically ship within 24 hours of your purchase. We will make every effort to locate the package and make any necessary changes before it is delivered. If the order has already been shipped, will not be responsible for any additional costs to correct the order.

Incorrect Shipping Address ships all orders to the address provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for submitting all required information. In the event that shipping information was incorrect or incomplete during the shipping process, will not be responsible for any additional costs to reship or trace a package.
